627021 PS How to teach reading and literature
winter semester 2020/2021 | Last update: 01.03.2021 | Place course on memo listBased on the reflection of their own reading experiences and socialization, the students are invited to deal with current questions of teaching reading skills and literature. Studies on reading habits of children and youngsters serve as the basis for introducing and developing models and methods for a motivating training of reading skills and literature.
The question rises, how much history of literature is taking place in class and how useful is it. How should it be taught? Based on key texts of epochs and genres on the one hand and unknown texts on the other hand, we will try different methods, social forms, and so on. The results will be discussed.
Methods in active use dealing with Austrian literature for children and youngsters are tested and reflected for the teaching German in the Sek. I. and Sek II.
