We will focus on the secondary skills of reading and writing and on the grammatical competence, their role and suitable techniques to reinforce and integrate each of them in the variety of its uses. The course aims at offering various teaching instruments and techniques to teach these skills.

Elaboration of teaching units concerning the use and the potential of the various instruments available in Austrian schools.

Introductory lecture; problematization of contents to be dealt with; elaboration of assignments in individual, partner and group work. Presentation and discussion of strengths and weaknesses of each proposition.

Successful completion of Compulsory Module 1 Bachelor's Programme Secondary School Teacher Training (General Education) Subject: Italian.

This course is part of Compulsory Module 2 (“Competence Orientation in Modern Language Teaching and Learning”) Bachelor's Programme Secondary School Teacher Training (General Education) Subject: Italian.
