winter semester 2020/2021 | Last update: 14.09.2023 | Place course on memo listThe acquisition of communicative and presentational competencies, knowledge and practical use of subject-specific working methods as well as the fundamental rules of academic work.
Training in basic skills and techniques of scientific working; practical exercises and examples of 'Guided Reading' and 'Guided Writing'; acquisition of different presentation techniques and introduction to the structure of introductory seminar courses and seminars.
Ex-cathedra teaching, visiting research library, short presentations, teamwork, discussion.
Regular participation in the course, participation in discussion, reading exercises, short presentation, writing exercises.
Will be announced in class.
For students of the BA History 2009 this course ist valid as "subject-specific working methods" with a workload reduction.
