Students will learn how to write a critical paper on archaeological issues and to underscore the problems of finding interpretation in a research-related context.
Introduction to the independent archaeological and scientific work and discussion of selected archaeological research questions.
Discussion of the 16 gate with relief decoration of two gates from the royal palace and the Mamu temple Assurnasirpal II in Balawat from an archaeological and art historical point of view.
