1. understand a range of theories of leadership, change management and systems thinking
2. understand why and how to apply these theories in order to contribute to the sustainable development of society with regards to the grand challenges of the 21. century
3. develop and present sustainability strategies for a specific case, the University of Innsbruck (group project)
4. identify and analyse best-practice examples and adapt and apply them to the specific context of the University of Innsbruck
3. work collaborately across subject disciplines
5. apply a range of methods that enhance critical thinking, systems thinking, reflection (of the own discipline and of one's wn values), participation and mindfulness
6. work collaboratively across subject disciplines
