Students are familiar with the possible contributions of religious traditions to the fostering of sustainable development.

Analysis of texts originating from religious traditions and religiously motivated activities in the field of sustainability. We will focus on biblical-Christian tradition and activities of the catholic church but also include other traditions as far as possible.

Text-analysis, presentations of students, discussion.

Active participation, written essay.
