The participants are able to analyze and reflect biblical, dogmatic, and literary texts or films with respect to their implications for or conceptions of eschatology.

“Is Death really the End?” To deal with questions like this, which are often posed by minors, demands developed competencies of theology and the didactics or religion. During the seminar we will work on the following problems: What echatological models can be found – explicitly or implicitly – in biblical and dogmatic texts, in literature, songs or film? What approches to death and the afterlife do teenagers take? How can eschatological themes be articulated and worked on in religious education and pastorl work in an approrpiate way?

Active cooperation in planning, short presentations, working in groups and plenum, discussions and reflection; creative forms.
