Introduction to European and international harmonisation of Private Law and Conflicts of Laws

Harmonisation of laws in general, selected instruments of European and international law, in particular harmonised contract law approaches (CISG, PICC, Incoterms, DCFR, CESL, Digital Content Directive), harmonised civil procedure and arbitration, and harmonised private international law regulations.

Lecture, assessment is based on a single examination at the end of the course.
