Basic knowledge of Liechtenstein's legal order

Introductions to Liechtenstein's constitutional and administrative law; overview over the Private Law, especially in its differences from the Austrian reception model

lecture mixed with case studies and group work; continuous assessment (based on regular oral contribution by participants).

According to  the Statute section on "study-law regulations" (§ 7 s. 2 no. 6 lit. b with § 3 s. 3 no.7), this lecture with practical elements is assessed on the basis on regular contributions by participants, part of which is a "final evaluation" in written or oral form, depending on the number of participants.

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
