Support of students writing a thesis. The seminar addresses also students interested in tenancy law and the law of condominium and who want to acquire a seminar certificate. Prior knowledge is preferable but not necessary.

For the acquisition of a certificate, regular and active participation, an oral presentation with handout and composing a written project paper ar required.

Pittl, Grundzüge des Miet- und Wohnungseigentumsrechts (2011)

Knowledge of civil law is an advantage. Interest in civil and residential or real estate law issues is required.

Registration via LFU-online is required during the set period. Preliminary discussion and topic allocation on March 10, 2020.
