Overview of topics on legal philosophy.
Introduction on main topics of legal philosophy. No special philosophical knowledge demanded.
Lecture with discussion.
Oral exam.
Information on the required literature will be available on the website of the lectures before the first session.
Due to substantial differences in the allocation of ECTS-Credits in various curricula (diploma programme 2001/diploma programme 2020), the requirements for this course vary. Information will be provided by the instructor at the beginning of the course.
