Basic knowledge of the legal proceedings carried out according to the Austrian AußStrG - special lecture.

Selected issues of the special part of the Austrian AußStrG will be discussed, e.g. the Austrian GBG, procedures concerning the commercial register, family law and succession law.

Lecture with discussion and the possibility to ask questions.
