Knowledge of the special part of the law of enforcement, especially foreclosure of real estates.

Presentation of the most important sections of legal enforcement with focus on foreclosure of real estates.

Lecture, with possibility to ask.

This course prepares law students for the subject examination civil procedure law. Other Students, who do not take the subject examination, may take an oral examination.
