The goal of this course is to achieve adequate skills in criminal and criminal procedure law in order to pass the diploma examination in criminal law.

Case studies in criminal and criminal procedure law. This course is suitable for beginners and advanced beginners.

Case studies and discussion; continuous learning of the treated literature is required.

Two written exams.

All students that register in time via LFU-online are guaranteed to participate in one of the exercise courses, whereas a certain course instructor cannot be guaranteed. Please note that students are demanded to register for one course only and that multiple registration will cause deregistration in ALL courses.
