The goal of this course is to achieve adequate skills in criminal law focusing on white collar crime in order to pass the diploma examination in criminal law, curriculum 2015 "Bachelor Wirtschaftsrecht".

This course is suitable for beginners and advanced beginners, curriculum 2015 "Bachelor Wirtschaftsrecht" ONLY.
This course does NEITHER include criminal procedure, sanctions NOR contents from General Part II.
In addition students are advised to enroll in specific lectures on criminal law with a general focus to fully cover the relevant examination syllabus.
Case studies and discussion; continuous learning of the treated literature is required.
Two written exams. Oral participation.
One additional written exam is offered for students who participated in one of the last courses and didn't pass the exams yet. This second chance exam will be held in one of the first hours.
