The aim of the course is to provide students with an overview of criminal offences with IT-relation as well as investigative powers of the law enforcement authorities involving IT methods.
Overview of the most important offences (hacking offences, offences against privacy, data protection and criminal law, data forgery) and investigative powers of the law enforcement authorities (including interception of communications)
Lecture with discussion
Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"
