The course imparts an overview of current practical cases in the field of Private Business Law.

The dissertation seminar "Current Problems of Private Commercial Law" offers students of the doctoral program the possibility of a particularly practice-oriented course. The seminar consists of presentations on private commercial law by external lecturers, whose topics serve as the basis for the preparation of a seminar paper.

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Will be discussed in the first lesson.

In addition to regular attendance (max. 2 absences), a seminar paper on one of the topics dealt with in the above-mentioned courses of at least 15 pages (incl. scientific apparatus) must be submitted by 09 July 2021 (send to: anna.klausner@uibk.ac.at, subject: Seminar paper "Current problems of WPR", please include SKZ, name and matriculation number in the mail). A topic can also be worked on several times.
