Upon the positive completion of the course students are able to:
- apply the contents of the lecture "Labour law" to specific cases;
- solve these cases using a systematic approach;
- identify all relevant aspects or problems of a specific case;
- develop an argument and defend it in a discussion.
The contents of the course are identical with chapters 4.2, 10-13, 14.6-14.11 and 15 of the recommended literature (Reissner, Lern- und Übungsbuch Arbeitsrecht5).

- solve practice-oriented cases using a systematic approach

- oral participation
- written exam
Reissner, Lern- und Übungsbuch Arbeitsrecht, 5th ed. (2015). Furthermore a current edition of a legal text collection is required.
