Basics in Italian public law

Fundamental concepts of public law (inter alia legal sources, subjects, juridical situations, ) ; concept of the constitution, elements of the constitution, main features of the organisation of public law, administrative proceedings and action, legal protection, judicial power

Languages: Italian and German

Presentation with examples and discussion

50% of the lectures will be available via video, the online consultation will be integrated by a classic lecture which covers additional topics and  offers the students the possiibility to discuss the contents learned.

Oral exam
