summer semester 2021 | Last update: 24.03.2021 | Place course on memo listGraduates have an orientation knowledge in profession-relevant theory and model-formation with regards to media and communication as well as the organization and management of knowledge.
Exemplary dealing with basic models and theories of media and communication and their relevance for pedagogy. Attention is paid to regional, national and European media landscapes, as well as international media developments and local and global (parts of) public.
Along with the basic theories of the academic study of media, more recent theories and those currently being discussed will play a major part in discussing the treatment of transformations of media culture in educational contexts.
Lecture, group work on- and offline, inverted classroom, discussion, formation of theses, writing
Case-related application of theoretical knowledge: group discussions in the second part of the semester and individual written reflection of case (7 pages).
