This seminar covers aspects of political participation and political communication in the field of media, politics and public opionon on the national and above all on the european level:
1. National and European News Reporting
2. Interdependencies between Politics, Media and Public Opinon om the European Level
3. Changes and challenges through Digitalization / Social Media
In the focus of the seminar is the excursion to Brussel with its institutions (22.04. - 24.04.):
- Wednesday: Meeting 15.30 European Region Office: Tyrol, South Tyrol, Trentino
- Thursday: Participation on a plenary session of the European Parliament including a meeting with EP Vice-President Dr. Karas & Visit of the News Room of the EP
- Friday: Visit of the European Commission & the Permanent Representation
tbc: Visit and exchange with journalists
