summer semester 2021 | Last update: 02.02.2021 | Place course on memo listThis seminar allows students to develop an understanding of fundamentals of the employment relationship and legal requirements of employment. The seminar focus is on understanding connections between different activity fields of managing work efforts and labour law.
In a first step, students familiarize with concepts of the employment relationship. Hereafter, students develop case studies, in which they apply these concepts to practical problems. Finally, students use cases on labour law to analyze the practical use of regulations and familarize with the legal framework of employment relations.

successful completion of the compulsory module Fundamentals of Management: Organisation and Human Resource Management and of four further compulsory modules from the core area of management acc. to §5 par. 1
For participating in this course the attendance of the meeting on Friday, 14.05.2021 is mandatory.
