In this seminar students learn to empirically study HRM-related issues. After the seminar, students should be able appropriately use selected research methods for empirical HRM queries, as well as to convincingly communicate study findings to corporate decision-makers.

In the SE the focus is on the realization of an empirical project with a company, from transforming project ideas into a research design, from collecting and analysing data to presenting findings.
