The students' reflection on societal expectations of early childhood education institutions and on interactions between public and private education and care in early childhood should be encouraged.
On the basis of a model of pedagogical quality (orientation, process and structural quality) that is prominent in early childhood education research, we deal with different perspectives on early childhood education processes in preschools as well as with the framework conditions of this institution.
