Students are able to recognise and adequately represent the historical, political, social and cultural conditions of the construction of relations of difference and dominance in the migration society.

They are able to work on concrete questions from a migration pedagogical perspective, to reflect critically on them and to draw conclusions from them in educational theory and practice.

The lecture provides insights into topics related to migration, education and diversity. The focus is on migration pedagogical aspects and concepts such as "migration pedagogical knowledge", "from the pedagogy of foreigners to the pedagogy of diversity", "discrimination", "racism", "foreignness".
