Applications of systems biology based techniques

Biochemical methods for the analyses of metabolites, DNA, RNA, and proteins. Biotechnological methods for the quantification of macromolecules. Analyses of molecular interactions. Use of model organism. Systems biology with a focus on genomics, proteomics, metabolomics. Gene-technology methods.

Lecture, assessment is based on a single examination at the end of the course.

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations".
