- students can actively and productively participate in scientific discussions and have improved their discussion culture
- solutions to scientific questions concerning the dissertation were developed through peer education
- the students are informed about potential career paths through appropriate input from the guest speakers
This course will provide participants with the opportunity to present and discuss current issues or questions surrounding their research and/or PhD with experienced peers and to work out solutions. Furthermore, guest lecturers will be invited to give insights into their carreer path.

In general, this lecture will be held in person on campus. However, if necessary it can be turned into 100% eLecture. Exact dates of the lecture will be fixed at the first meeting on 01.03.2021. Evalution: successfully completed
