The participants know the effects of EU law (EU law) as a supra-national legal system and its relation to the law of the Member States on the example of Austria.

Detailed description of the various legal norms of the European Union law (primary law, secondary legislation, agreements, ......) and the interaction with the national law of the Member States on the example of Austria taking into account the case law of the Court of Justice of the Union and the national courts.
