This course introduces a risk management framework that can be used to evaluate decisions regarding how to control uncertainty over the likelihood and impact of digital harms. This general approach can be applied to evaluate strategies to address any harm created by digital technologies, although we specifically address problems like cybersecurity and misinformation. Part I: Identifying and taxonomising digital harm Part II: Individual strategies for prevention and response Part III: Oganisational strategies for prevention and response Part IV: The role of public policy
