winter semester 2021/2022 | Last update: 27.09.2021 | Place course on memo listAfter successful completion of the course the students are acquainted with modelling propositional knowledge as graph on the one hand. On the other hand, they understand problems and difficulties of these data-models. The students should be able to apply this kind of data-analyses in their own projects.
After a short introduction into graph theory and into practical work with Semantic Web Technologies (RDF, SparQL, OWL etc.) the students will get known caveats of these technologies from a philosophical perspective. The students should be able to evaluate under which circumstances this kind of data processing could be regarded as reasonable.
