Within this tutorial we discuss the notion and content of the term "law" and outline what students can expect in the line with their chosen course of study. Students will be familiarised with the terminology and the most important concepts of law.

The main goal of this course is to develop the knowledge and skills to understand the Austrian legal system and prepare for the Exam and "Introduction to law".

We will discuss and review selected topics of the lecture "Introduction to jurisprudence" on the basis of control questions and small cases. Time will be devoted to discussion: Students are encouraged to participate orally; questions are welcome!
