Students get an overview of the basics of private law, as well as an introduction to legal thinking and problem-solving oriented, analytical thinking.
Important parts of private law will be treated on the basis of legal cases. Regular discussions with students.
On the basis of substantial case materials we shall discuss important parts of private law. Questions and contributions relating to the respective topics welcome!
Oral case presentation; positive written exam; regular attendance.
