winter semester 2021/2022 | Last update: 15.03.2022 | Place course on memo listThe students get an idea of rhetorical situations in the legal profession (e.g. conversations with clients, conducting negotiations, conflicts). They learn how to prepare for conversation and speech situations, train for them and master them professionally. The focus of the event is predominantly practical (see method).

The focus of the event is predominantly practical. In addition to a few theoretical blocks, the topics are directly implemented by means of group and individual exercises. The event offers participants a trusting practice environment within which they can try out new communicative strategies and methods and further develop their individual skills with the help of professional feedback.
