winter semester 2021/2022 | Last update: 20.01.2022 | Place course on memo listThis lecture aims at enabling students to achieve in-depth knowledge about the policy area of the European Union “Area of Freedom, Security and Justice”. The lecture will give students an overview on selected or currently negotiated legislative acts and the connected problems.
Outline of the development of the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice. Illustration of the core primary law provisions and relevant secondary law instruments. In addition to the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice also the EU policy areas “Civil Protection” and the “Solidarity Clause” will be dealt with.
