The course aims at connecting theoretical principals with practical issues, such as drafting articles of association or problems relating to legal enforcement.

The course deals with main aspects of the Austrian Code of Commerce as well as selected issues of corporate law.

The course contents are developed interactively and applied to practice-oriented cases.

Continuous assessment (based on two written exams and/or oral contribution by participants).

Will be discussed in the first lesson.

eLearning (e.g., partly virtual, videoconferencing, ...)

Ideally, a two-way video connection, or at least a two-way audio connection, is required for participation in the virtually held course.
