Case-related knowledge of general corporate law, company law and competition law including interfaces with civil law and skills in the independent preparation of case examinations.

The course imparts basic knowledge from the areas of general corporate law, company law and competition law interlocked with general civil law on the basis of exercise cases independently worked on and presented by the students.

Will be discussed during the first course.
