The students will provide an overview in the area of intellectual property law and intellectual property law are offered.
Treatment of current topics from all areas of intellectual property law and intellectual property law with particular attention to the development of this area of law by the influence of Community law; Support ongoing dissertations and theses that are dedicated to this topic. General Principles of intellectual property law, trademark law, trademark law, patent law, utility model law, copyright law, etc.
