The students learn the most important terms and instruments of Public Law.

The course makes familiar with the basics of public law of economic law (tiers of legal order, basic principles of the Federal Constitution, foundations of administrative law and administrative procedure law).

The lectures presents the contents of the course case-related. Students are encouraged to participate.

Written examination.
