The aim of the course is not the revision of the subject matter, but rather a specific exam preparation.
The students will revise set cases and questions on Roman Private Law.Preparation and participation important.
Students who have attended regularly and have not been absent for more than one fifth of the hours will be awarded the certificate "attended with success" (0.5 ECTS).
Apathy/Klingenberg/Pennitz: Einführung in das Römische Recht or Hausmaninger/Selb: Römisches Privatrecht or Kaser/Knütel: Römisches Privatrecht
