The exercise is intended to supplement the main course of substantive administrative law by reconsidering some of the main institutions of the discipline of administrative law. It is envisaged to support the learning of the methods of application of the same institutions. Examples will be presented, both in the form of case studies and through questions relating to specific cases.

Principles and aspects of the organisation of public bodies. Structure, bodies, offices and competence. Inter-organic relations. The administrative act and the administrative measure. Administrative and technical discretion. The pathology of the administrative act. The defects of legitimacy. A glossary of the terminology dealt with will be made available.

The course consists of classroom exercises.
Language of instruction: Italian

2 written exercises by the student. Collaboration in the classroom is considered in the grade of the report.
