Strengthening the ability to write a scientific paper on a selected topic (by writing a seminar paper) as well as improving rhetorical and communicative skills and argumentation techniques (by presenting the research result together with a subsequent discussion).

Writing a seminar paper on a private law topic related to digitalisation and/or sustainability (list of topics follows; please keep informed through the homepage of the Institute for the Theory and Future of Law).

Independent preparation of a seminar paper on one of the suggested topics or a topic of your own choice. Presentation of the seminar paper with subsequent discussion at a workshop at the end of the semester.

The seminar paper as well as the presentation and discussion will be assessed.
