This course provides insights into a selection of core topics and future challenges in the field of Human Resource Management. The students develop necessary theoretical knowledge and analytical skills required for the efficient and effective acquisition, development, and utilization of human resources. The course adopts a future oriented approach in order to better prepare students for the rapidly changing landscape of work and employment relationships.

Final exam and participation in class
