"Discours gastronomiques autour de produits autres que le vin"
Speisekarten, Kochrezepte, Blogs, Internet-Werbung, Fernsehwerbung und ähnliche Textsorten werden behandelt und es wird u.a. auch gefragt, inwieweit sich die Diskurse über diese Produkte an die sehr elaborierten Diskurse über Wein anlehnen.

Wird im Rahmen der ersten Lehrveranstaltung besprochen.
