The focus of this course is put on the ongoing changes in research and teaching in history caused by digital development. Digital research resources, archives, libraries, an appropriate criticism of sources and media are also theoretically discussed and practically trained as well as new visualization possibilities and the use of social networks.
Lectures, individual and joint practical exercises (online and offline), participation in discussions (oral and written), presentations, smaller written exercises
Written exercise units, oral and written discussion contributions, short presentations.
Reading list will be provided.
Online-enrollment required, starting on September 1st, 2021.
