Joint reading and discussion of sources and texts, active participation in discussion, oral presentation and discussion of a select topic, oral exam

Part of the course is the active involvement and participation in the international conference "Empires through the Ages. Short-term Empires: Rule or Exception?", held online from Nov 30 until Dec 2, 2021.
