This seminar should teach participants how to work with primary literature and provide an insight into the techniques of developmental molecular biology.

Each participant should present one current original work focussing on molecular biology. Students are encouraged to give their talks in English. Main topics: signalling pathways, molecular genetics, cell differentiation in established animal model systems.

A joint preliminary meeting for all groups of biological seminars (4th semester, module 5Ad and 5Bd) will be held on March 6 at 17:15 in Lecture Hall A at the beginning of summer term where all registered students will be distributed to the respective groups.

Prerequisite for registration: module 2 and 4.
