Within this tutorial we discuss what can be understood under "law" an what legal studies are about. After the tutorial students should be familiar with terminology and jargon of Legal Studies.

We will discuss and repeat selected topics of the lecture "Introduction to jurisprudence" on the basis of control questions and small cases. As the group usually is smaller than within the lecture, there is more time for deeper discussion. All questions are welcome!
