Support of students writing a thesis. The seminar addresses also students interested in tenancy law and the law of condominium and who want to acquire a seminar certificate. Prior knowledge is preferable but not necessary.

For the acquisition of a certificate, regular and active participation, an oral presentation with handout and composing a written project paper ar required.

Knowledge of civil law is an advantage. Interest in civil and residential or real estate law issues is required.

Preliminary discussion and assignment of topics on March 7th, 22 at 6.45 p.m. Suggested topics are stored in OLAT in advance. The other seminar dates are agreed with the participants. Further information by e-mail and via OLAT. Registration via LFU-online required during the set period.

It is expected that the working group legal work, which is also offered every semester in the catalog of teaching objectives at the Institute for Civil Law, will be attended.
