First experience with an academic research project in the field of private law
Participants can select a topic of their own choice in the field of private law, ideally with comparative aspects.
Seminar paper, presentation of one's research and active discussion in class
Seminar paper, presentation and class participation
Block seminar! At the first meeting apart from organisational matters, possible topics will be discussed. Students are encouraged to think ahead of what they would like to focus on. The presentations will be scheduled for the second half of the semester at dates to be agreed upon.
It is expected that the working group legal work, which is also offered every semester in the catalog of teaching objectives at the Institute for Civil Law, will be attended.08.03.2022
