Learning Outcome:

Knowledge of basics and methods of legal ethics. Raising awareness of legal ethics issues.

Contents:

Based on the knowledge from the philosophy of law of the diploma programme, this lecture deals with basics and methods of legal ethics. Furthermore, of current topics in the intersection of law and ethics (e.g. digitalization, medical ethics issues, democratic developments) are discussed interactively.
